Old Rugged Cross was established in the Fall of 2020 to provide the local community and beyond and option for exceptional healthcare at affordable prices. Since then, the response to our clinic has been tremendous! We have established ourselves with a loyal group of patients stretching across Texas near and far.
We have one advance practice provider and two office assistants. We believe insurance companies, big pharma, non-medical executives, and the government should not determine any patients' "BEST TREATMENT"! EVER! Additionally, as a cash for service or Membership based clinic, we will never treat you as a number. Our trusting relationship is built during out one-hour appointments (Exceptions apply occasionally).
By being cash-pay we can avoid the exceedingly complex billing rules and most of the other nonsensical rules that drive up the cost of health care. This allows us to focus on what is best for our patients.
We accept debit and credit cards.

Old Rugged Cross Healthcare introduces monthly membership plans. As a subscribing member you will pay a monthly fee for 24/7 access to Christy NP through the Spruce APP. Easy text conversations in a HIPPA compliant app that becomes your medical chart.
Restrictions:
Families with children must sign up the entire family unit. Couples without kids must sign up as a couple.
The boundaries are because when discussing care by phone the conversation migrates to everyone in the family, not just one person. It is also the best practice to care for the family unit.

The registration fee includes an assessment, history, and physical (1 hour visit) with Christy NP. This visit is to ensure you are a good candidate for our DPC services. Children are 18 and under.
